På Økern, noen minutter å gå fra T-banen. Rommet er ca. 17kvm, det står et trommesett der, 3 gitar-rigger og en bass-rigg + PA. Ikke særlig med plass til mye mer utstyr, men kan få skvisa inn noe. Kun ett band som øver der pr. idag, så mye ledig tid.

Totalt koster rommet 3000,- i mnd, som blir fordelt på alle sammen.

Da er ett band til med. Om enda et band slenger seg på blir alle fornøyd. Da er det snakk om 1000,- pr. band i mnd.
