Hammer of Doom 7

Hi friends,

Finally we can announce the first info for our seventh HAMMER OF DOOM Festival.

Like last year the festival will be divided into the Epic Friday and the Doom Saturday.

The Coheadliner of the Doom Saturday will be THE SKULL. Of course they are not nobodies, but the famous original TROUBLE members Eric Wagner and Jeff Olson with longtime TROUBLE bassist Ron Holzner. They added guitarists Lothar Keller and Mykull Carpenter from SACRED DAWN to have the best possible twin guitar work. This will be an amazing show for all old TROUBLE fans, since the band will for sure play songs that haven’t been played in a very long time.

Another band for the Saturday will be German Death Doom giants NECROS CHRISTOS, who are going to play one of their rare liveshows at HAMMER OF DOOM 7.

The headliner of the EPIC FRIDAY will be ROSS THE BOSS with an unique setlist of all the old epic tracks he released with MANOWAR back then. These songs are the foundation of what is epic Metal nowadays and there cannot be a better headliner for an Epic Day.

Also we were able to book Greek epic Metal hopefuls WRATHBLADE, who just released their fantastic debut album “Into The Netherworld’s Realm”. They will play their first show outside of Greece at HAMMER OF DOOM 7

We also got another cult act confirmed for HOD 7. American COVEN 13, who released the legendary album “Worship New Gods” under the name COVEN will play their very first show in Europe at HAMMER OF DOOM 7. Its not yet decided if the band will play Friday or Saturday.

Trouble-låter med Eric Wagner, episke Manowar-låter med Ross The Boss og Solstice med en innøvd Kearns er alle ting jeg gjerne vil se, håper jeg kan stille denne gangen!

Hadde forventet Tony Martin med Headless Cross show, men Bobby Liebling / Victor Griffin er alltid bra. Smile

Håhå, skjer det så må man få det med seg!

Selv om det har vært minst like mye frem og tilbake-kødd med dem som med Black Sabbath. Trouble med Wagner, Wartell og Franklin i front er noe jeg vil se!

Det er det eneste riktige å få dem samlet. Tenk hvis de og Pentagram med Liebling/Griffin i spissen hadde spilt, faen så fett det hadde vært!

Enda bedre hvis de hadde gått sammen med The Obsessed og Saint Vitus hadde spilt med Reagers, så kunne det blitt en doom-Big 4. Hadde lett dratt til statene for det om ikke det ble i Europa.
